Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of CRUUZ mobility, logistics, business, delivery, and related platform services.

Effective date: 9 September 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CRUUZ websites, mobile applications, mobility services, logistics services, business services, marketplace features, customer-support channels, and other related services provided by CRUUZ Logistics Ltd.

By accessing or using CRUUZ services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional policies that apply to a particular service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to independently create and operate a CRUUZ account.

Where services are arranged for a minor or another person, the responsible account holder must ensure that the booking and use of the service comply with applicable law and CRUUZ policies.

3. CRUUZ Accounts

Some CRUUZ services may require you to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

CRUUZ may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, unsafely, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Riders and Customers

Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, contact, and booking information when requesting a CRUUZ service.

Customers must treat drivers, delivery partners, service providers, CRUUZ staff, and other users respectfully and must not use CRUUZ services for unlawful, dangerous, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.

5. Drivers and Service Providers

Drivers, vendors, delivery partners, fleet operators, businesses, and other providers may be required to complete registration, verification, and approval procedures before providing services through CRUUZ.

Providers are responsible for maintaining any licences, permits, registrations, insurance, vehicle documentation, qualifications, and other requirements applicable to the services they provide.

Submission of documents or registration information does not automatically guarantee approval or continued access to the platform.

6. Bookings and Service Availability

Availability of rides, deliveries, business transportation, airport transfers, scheduled services, and other CRUUZ offerings may depend on location, provider availability, operating conditions, and service eligibility.

Estimated arrival times, routes, service durations, and other estimates may change because of traffic, weather, demand, road conditions, provider availability, or other circumstances.

7. Prices and Payments

Prices, fares, fees, and applicable charges may be displayed before or during booking, checkout, or service completion depending on the applicable service.

CRUUZ may use authorised third-party payment processors to facilitate electronic payments, refunds, settlements, and related transactions.

Users must not attempt to avoid applicable charges, manipulate transactions, use unauthorised payment methods, or engage in fraudulent payment activity.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may be permitted to cancel bookings subject to the conditions applicable to the selected CRUUZ service.

A cancellation charge may apply in certain circumstances, including where a provider has already accepted or commenced fulfilment of the service.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances of the transaction and the applicable CRUUZ Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

9. Safety

Users must comply with reasonable safety requirements while using CRUUZ services.

CRUUZ may investigate safety complaints, suspicious activity, accidents, misconduct, fraud reports, or other incidents involving platform users or service providers.

Where there is an immediate threat to life or safety, users should contact the appropriate emergency authorities.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use CRUUZ to:

  • Commit or facilitate unlawful activity.
  • Commit fraud, theft, deception, or payment abuse.
  • Transport prohibited or unlawful goods.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or endanger another person.
  • Misrepresent identity, qualifications, business information, or documents.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the CRUUZ platform.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Use CRUUZ services in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

11. Platform Content and Intellectual Property

CRUUZ names, branding, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, platform functionality, and other proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected CRUUZ materials except where expressly permitted by CRUUZ or applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

CRUUZ may integrate with third-party payment providers, maps, communications services, verification providers, cloud infrastructure, or other technology services. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Suspension and Termination

CRUUZ may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or maintain platform security.

Where appropriate, affected users may contact CRUUZ Support regarding an account restriction or service decision.

14. Disclaimers

CRUUZ aims to provide reliable technology-enabled mobility and logistics services, but service availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Service interruptions may result from maintenance, network failure, traffic, provider availability, third-party systems, regulatory requirements, emergencies, or events outside CRUUZ's reasonable control.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CRUUZ's liability in connection with use of the platform or services may be limited in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and the circumstances of the relevant transaction.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the CRUUZ Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

17. Changes to These Terms

CRUUZ may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, operations, technology, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations. The latest version will be published on the CRUUZ website.
