This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you use our websites, mobile applications, transportation services, logistics services, business services, marketplace features, support channels, and related services.

Depending on how you use CRUUZ, we may collect:

• Account information, login credentials, account preferences, and user settings.

CRUUZ may require drivers, vendors, delivery partners, fleet operators, businesses, or other providers to complete identity and business verification before they are permitted to provide services through the platform.

Verification may include government-issued identification, vehicle information, driving licence information, business-registration documents, settlement-account information, contact verification, supporting operating documents, and other information reasonably required for trust, safety, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

CRUUZ may use authorised third-party payment processors and financial service providers to process customer payments, provider settlements, refunds, and related transactions.

Payment providers may independently collect or process information necessary to complete a transaction in accordance with their own privacy and security requirements.

CRUUZ does not intend to operate as a bank or provide users with an unrestricted general-purpose money-transfer service.

We may share information only where reasonably necessary to operate the CRUUZ platform, including with:

• Drivers, riders, vendors, or providers involved in a transaction.
• Payment processors and settlement providers.
• Cloud, communications, mapping, verification, security, and technical service providers.
• Professional advisers such as auditors, accountants, or legal advisers.
• Regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or government agencies where legally required.

We do not sell personal information as a core part of our business.

Location data may be used to provide pickup and destination services, dispatch nearby drivers, calculate estimated routes and fares, facilitate deliveries, provide navigation, improve safety, and investigate suspicious or disputed activity.

CRUUZ uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, loss, or destruction.

No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. Users are therefore responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, authentication credentials, and devices.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain transaction and business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, satisfy regulatory or legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

Subject to applicable law, users may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or other lawful control over their personal information.

CRUUZ services are not intended to permit children to independently enter into contracts or provide regulated transportation services. Where CRUUZ services are used for minors, the account holder or responsible adult must comply with applicable law and CRUUZ policies.
